Non-evaluation version purchases are processed on a secure server. Payments can be made in US dollars, GB pounds or Euro. Once payment has been made you will be sent an email entitled 'Staff Planner Download' that will contain a link to your download page. The link will remain valid for 24hours. All download files are ZIP files (download file sizes - 1.7 MB). You will need a suitable ZIP program, such as WinZip to open them. You can download WinZip at www.WinZip.com. ** If you already have an Evaluation version and wish to convert to a full-license version, then click this button. You will receive a blank Staff Planner. Once opened, goto Administration - Import on the Staff Planner toolbar, and your data will automatically imported from your evaluation copy . You will only need to re-run your reports. Refund Policy: Staff Planner Software once purchased cannot be returned for a refund should the purchaser have a change of mind, except in so far as the purchaser's normal rights under law. |
