Administration is taken care of by users assigned with Administration access. The administrator has the following options:

The Staff Planner toolbar - Administration Click to see Setup Options form Click to see Staff Data Maintenance form Click to see Staff Cover policy form

Click on each of the toolbar Administration options above to see it's form and update information.

  • Staff Cover Policy - staff coverage required is assigned to each staff member
  • Staff Data Maintenance - this is all the standing data, such as staff information, departments, job titles, booking codes and statutory holidays/vacations (such as New Years Day).
  • Setup Options - enter your year-end, customization (such as your name for holidays/vacation, preferred date formats) as well as assigning rights and passwords to the login levels (see Security).
  • Import - Import staff planner data from another planner (for example a previous version).
