The Staff Data Maintenance form allows the administrator to update all standing data. From here the user can select updates to staff data, departments, job titles, planning codes and statutory holidays/vacation.

Department and job title data is optional. Planning codes are set up as you wish so that the Planner can be used to track more than just holidays or vacation time.
