There are three reports available - displayed in a table with supporting graphs (charts).

  1. Summary of staff holiday/vacation Vs available holiday for the year selected by the user.

  2. Detailed report of staff holiday/vacation Vs available holiday for the year.

    The above two reports also take into account prior year carry-forwards and time-in-lieu available.

  3. Summary of booked codes by staff member for the period selected by the user.

The reports are selected on the reports form, where it is possible to filter by department and job title and select date & sort criteria.

Reports 1 & 2 are displayed together.
